Tim LaGro

Tim LaGro, M.A., LMHC

Tim graduated with a Master’s of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. He has been an Indiana state board approved  Licensed Mental Health Clinician since March of 2016.  The state of Ohio board approved LPC since April of 2012 and the state of Michigan board approved LPC since May of 2016. Tim has over five years experience counseling individuals, marriages, and families.  He works with all ages but particularly enjoys helping other men, teens, and families.  Tim also has experience working in the field of business before entering the mental health field, which some clients find helpful in working through work-life balance, stress, anxiety, and performance issues.  Tim has extensive experience with defiant teenagers, mental health disorders, personality disorders, suicidality, addictions, oppositional defiance, school issues, and crisis management.  Tim is thankful for God’s grace and faithfulness in his life.  His heart is to share God’s love with others and to help them to find their purpose in life.

Alicia DiGiulio M.A., LMHCA– Therapist

Alicia DiGiulio graduated from Huntington University with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA).  Alicia also earned a Master of Science degree in Education from Canisius College, and she previously taught middle/high school students. Alicia has a passion for working with children and adolescents struggling with behavioral and emotional issues including those with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger management difficulties.  Alicia has professional experience working on a variety of issues with individuals (children, adolescents, college students, adults), couples, and families.  Additionally, Alicia has previous experience utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with individuals and groups for skills training and support, and she has counseling experience with those who struggle with chronic mental illnesses as well as those with developmental disabilities.  Her warm and caring nature allows her to address difficult issues with clients, and she values the therapeutic relationship as one of trust and collaboration.  Therapy is provided from a variety of treatment modalities including client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, play therapy, and faith integration.

 

Daniel-James

Daniel James, M.A. – Therapist

Daniel graduated from Grace College with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He also obtained a School Counseling License through the University of Saint Francis. He has experience working with adolescents and children with behavioral and emotional issues, ADHD, a history of trauma, depression, and anxiety. He seeks to help individuals and families reach their potential by developing their communication, emotional, and social skills.

Richia Jennings, M.A. – Therapist

Richia Jennings (RJ) graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN. She currently is licensed in the State of Indiana as a K-12 Guidance Counselor. She has experience working with children, youth, adolescents, anxiety, trauma, and marital dysfunction. Her theoretical orientation centers from Cognitive Behavioral with additional support from Logotherapy. Her passion in life is to serve youth and help them achieve their personal goals.
