Crosswinds offers competitive benefit and compensation packages to retain quality staff for our programs. Below is a listing of the general benefits. Specific benefits may vary according to eligibility and will be discussed prior to actual employment.

GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE

Crosswinds offers an opportunity for full-time employees to participate in a group health insurance program.

MEDICAL TIME OFF

Eligible employees will receive normal pay, up to an annual award limit, for time absent from work due to medical necessity.

PAID TIME OFF

Eligible employees will receive normal pay, up to an award limit, for time absent from work for vacation and personal use.

HOLIDAYS

Crosswinds recognizes seven holidays within the calendar year.

OPTIONAL BENEFIT PLANS

Crosswinds has agreed to administer payroll deductions to allow employees to enroll in a number of other insurance plans. Examples of these optional plans include dental insurance, life insurance, vision coverage, and more.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Employees may qualify for education assistance funds.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Crosswinds employees providing direct services to clients receive 20 or more hours of training per year in areas such as crisis intervention and working with specific populations.
