Living With Anxiety

Anxiety has many different masks and in this seminar, we will reveal some of the more common masks found in day-to-day living. Some of these masks present themselves differently in different populations such as gender, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly. This seminar will also discuss the differences in the biological, psychological and social elements that are found commonly with anxiety, as well as treatment tools and coping mechanisms. Anxiety touches all of us differently. This seminar will give you more knowledge and tools on how to find peace and restoration in a chaotic world.

DBT Therapy Group

Life can be stressful. If you think you could benefit from learning skills to better manage emotions, tolerate distress/other unpleasant emotions, and improve communication and relationship skills, this eight-week group is for you.

Crosswinds therapists will teach from an evidence-based treatment called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as give group members a time of general processing and support from others in the group.
